Vik and Pablo from Monoblock invited us to design a cover for their forthcoming notebook series. We are really proud to be part of such a good project. Mopa designed character by character, each one of the words in the client’s slogan, «Live the Love. Happy Together». We also worked on a happy and lovely environment for the whole notebook cover. The Danish clothing brand, Tom’s Apparel, asked us to design a few t-shirts for its 2007 winter collection. We worked on different options from Brazilian rubber trees to thriller nights on TV. Everything for the melting heat of the winter. Perspire, perspire… Buy online.

Gallery Is is a t-shirt design project which curates designers and artists every year. The illustration features a thesis for world domination from the social aspect of chinese cuisine. Pretty delicious, yumm? We call it «Chop Suey Attack».

Bocós

Bocós are wooden block characters designed by the creatives in Mopa. Each character is designed in different colors and styles. They can be rearranged in lots of unique characters. The project was inspired by a childhood toy we call in Brazil the Little Engineer in which we play with different blocks to build houses and towers. Bocós is a concept presented in the first Toy Art Collective Exhibition in Brazil, Mocotoy. If you like it, we are looking for someone to manufacture it. Please, get in touch. Thanks.

Promotional ID created to pay homage to the Brazilian soccer team in the 2006 Soccer World Cup. It starts with a little yellow canary (nickname for our soccer team) whistling everybody to cheer to Brazil which badly failed that time. The song was miserably edited by ourselves in the lack of a better person to do it – it was taken from an old public domain german records. Motion by Djalma Madureira.
